Grade 4 students certainly have a sense of humour! We had great fun in the first lesson creating these magazine collage portraits. They might not look exactly like the artists but they certainly tell us somthing about the people who made them.

Grade four spent the first week of school creating some portraits, but can we really tell who they are? Well perhaps if we look at what the collages are made up of rather than the person the collage creates.
We had a lot of fun creating these images and had to think about how to use space and layers to create an interesting image. They look wild, but just who are these people?
